Presenting products as Farm to Table brands is a huge draw to consumers and professional chefs. For our family presenting pork meats that we ourselves have enjoyed over the years gives us great pride. So we are extending our table to include more people we suppose. Where we expect and want to excel is in the quality handling of our products…. from basic animal care to the sustainability of using our farm crops to feed our pigs to building the best partnerships we can build with our packagers, restaurants and retail venues.
There are close to 20 restaurants cooking with our pork meats. As we bring our sausage to farmers markets and local produce venues we will be even more fully Farm to Table!
