Sausage Breakfast Casserole


8 slices White bread, cubed (or Italian loaf, cubed)
1 lb Langenfelder Pork Loose sausage
1 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
6 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 c Milk
1 tsp Dry mustard (or more, to taste)


Brown Langenfelder Pork Loose Sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden brown, approximately 40-45 minutes.

This recipe can be easily customized with additions of different vegetables such as onions, peppers, mushrooms or spinach. Sauté with sausage until tender.
