Sausage Breakfast Casserole
|8 slices||White bread, cubed (or Italian loaf, cubed)|
|1 lb||Langenfelder Pork Loose sausage|
|1 1/2 c||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|6||Eggs, slightly beaten|
|1 tsp||Dry mustard (or more, to taste)|
Brown Langenfelder Pork Loose Sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden brown, approximately 40-45 minutes.
This recipe can be easily customized with additions of different vegetables such as onions, peppers, mushrooms or spinach. Sauté with sausage until tender.
