Sausage Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
8 slices | White bread, cubed (or Italian loaf, cubed) |
1 lb | Langenfelder Pork Loose sausage |
1 1/2 c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
6 | Eggs, slightly beaten |
2 c | Milk |
1 tsp | Dry mustard (or more, to taste) |
Directions:
Brown Langenfelder Pork Loose Sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden brown, approximately 40-45 minutes.
This recipe can be easily customized with additions of different vegetables such as onions, peppers, mushrooms or spinach. Sauté with sausage until tender.
